Formerly of Joliet, IL and Lockport, IL Gerald worked for the Bell Phone Companies for 35 years and continued doing contract work with them for another ten years. He is survived by sons Michael Offerman (Lourdes), Joseph Offerman (Lisa); daughter Kathleen Latta (Charles); grandchildren Helen Offerman (Nick Sinon), Kyle Offerman, Stephen Bumstead, Christian Bumstead, Nathan Bumstead (Mariella), Kellianne Latta, Katelyn Latta, and Connor Latta as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Gerald/Jerry, Dad, and Grandpa was a devoted husband of 66 years, beloved father, and spoiling and loving grandfather.
