Janet Lynn Struck Born: March 22, 1962 Died: June 25, 2024 Janet Lynn Struck (nee Schock), of Morris, IL, passed away peacefully at her home on June 25, 2024 with her family surrounding her side after a courageous battle with cancer. Janet was born in Joliet, IL on March 22, 1962 to the late George and Annette Schock (nee Zambon). She was raised and educated in Coal City, IL and graduated with the class of 1980. Janet started her career in sales with Modern Woodman Insurance. She then went into the billing side of the business with different companies in the area throughout the years. She made the decision in 2017 to switch career paths and accepted a position as a Deputy Clerk with Grundy County under the direction of Kay Olson. Janet emphasized that this was the best career decision she ever made. In her younger years, Janet could often be found camping and fishing with her oldest son, Brian, at the Minor's Outdoor Club.
