Dorothy Jercich (nee Crane), born in Chicago on February 10, 1928, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2025, just days before her 97th birthday.
Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late Michael Jercich and a devoted mother to her six children: Michael Jercich, James (Lesley) Jercich, Richard (Patricia) Jercich, Kathryn (Derrick) Chaulk, Carol (John) Heffernan, and Jerald (Sheila) Jercich. She was a proud grandmother to Matthew, Katy, Sam, Jack, Tori, Sophia, Grace, Jack, Emeline, Luke, and Lilly a cherished great-grandmother to Michael, Mia and Brendan. Dorothy also shared a special bond with her dear friends Franny and Jackie McGreal. She was the caring sister of the late Tom (Marianne) Crane and Dick (Prudy) Crane and the late Ralph (Pat) Crane.
